Unit 1/1a Dunstable Steel Signing Ceremony.

We had some great weather last week for a steel signing ceremony where we welcomed Legal & General and the wider Client Team on site to celebrate the progress made so far at Unit 1/1a Dunstable.

With the steel frame now well underway, the new 44,000 sq ft warehouse is starting to take shape. The signing ceremony gave the client team a chance to get hands-on and quite literally leave their mark on the structure – a small but meaningful gesture that reflects the collaborative approach driving the project forward.
