#TeamWilten are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Design & Build contract for a 20,775 sqft unit at Island Site, Royston, for repeat business Client Kiafield Properties. The award of this contract follows on from our initial Trade Counter Unit scheme at Royston Gateway which we successfully completed in 2023.
Royston Gateway continues to be developed and once complete will be made up of a mix of retail, commercial, research and light industrial uses.
Our works have already begun on site and are off to a great start, with the site preparation and earthworks underway. This project involves the Design and Build of a BREEAM Very Good single trade unit providing industrial space, together with associated car parking, service yard, and external works. Our scope includes:
· Shell and core construction
· Utility services
· Drainage and fencing
· Landscaping
· Inclusion of EV charging and PV panels to achieve BREEAM Very Good
We are working in collaboration with Kiafield Properties and the professional team to successfully deliver this additional unit at Royston Gateway:
