New Project Award: Watchmoor Park Phase 2, Camberley

Wilten Construction is pleased to announce a further project award from Watchmoor Park Camberley Propco Limited, having been appointed to deliver Phase 2 at Watchmoor Park, Camberley.



As work progresses on Phase 1, this second appointment demonstrates the strength of our working relationship and the client's confidence in Wilten's ability to deliver high-quality, sustainable industrial developments.


Situated next to the Phase 1 development, the project will run alongside our existing works and will deliver four sustainable industrial units totalling 186,398 sqft.


The project comprises of the design and build of four high-specification industrial units, complete with office accommodation, external works, incoming services, drainage, landscaping and off-site highway improvements, including Section 278 works and substation upgrades.


Working alongside Quartz, Michael Sparks Associates, MJM Consulting Engineers and MBA Consulting Engineers, the scheme has been developed to meet modern occupier requirements while achieving high standards of sustainability and environmental performance.

 

The scheme will be constructed to achieve BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings and will incorporate a range of low and zero-carbon technologies, including rooftop photovoltaic panels, EV charging infrastructure, enhanced thermal performance and improved air quality measures. Sustainable construction practices will focus on reducing energy consumption, fuel usage and waste, alongside the use of responsibly sourced materials and biodiversity protection measures throughout Watchmoor Park.

 

The 50-week programme is due to complete in Q3 2027.
