New Project Award | Plot 302B Waterworth Road, Peterborough

Wilten are delighted to announce the New Project Award for the Design and Build of a New Smart Gardens Products Warehouse / Showroom Unit at Plot 302B Waterworth Road, Peterborough, for valued New Client, PA Properties.

The project is scheduled to run over a 42-week programme and, once complete, will accommodate an 80,000 sqft warehouse that will be used by the client for the dark storage of Garden Centre products.


The completed development will provide the following benefits for the local area and occupier:


  • Additional facilities for Smart Gardens Products to relocate showroom display areas, providing additional capacity

  • Increase in long term employment opportunities within Peterborough Gateway, boosting local economic growth

  • Compliment the adjacent existing units and the Eureka Building through a high quality and environmental driven design


We are working in collaboration with the client and professional team, Woodfellows, DT Architects and Fairhurst to deliver this development.


Works are now underway on site, with earthworks progressing well and groundworks scheduled to commence later this week.
