New Project Award Imagination Two, Knowsley.

We’re excited to announce that Wilten Construction has been awarded a new project for the Design and Build contract of Imagination Two in Knowsley.

Commissioned by Seybourne Estates this development will see us deliver off plot site demolition and the construction of a 60,000 sqft new industrial warehouse unit, complete with ancillary offices and associated external works.


The completion of this unit will provide the following benefits for the area and occupier:

  • Contribute positively to the local economy by complementing and adding to the facilities in the area

  • Efficient and sustainable design, achieving BREEAM Very Good and EPC A, to improve the buildings in operation

  • Increase the biodiversity value of the site to allow wildlife to coexist with the operational development


The project is being delivered in collaboration with professional team Quartz, Hale Architecture and Powell Tolner & Associates.
