We’re proud to have secured a new project with valued, repeat client, Legal & General; our third collaboration to date. The appointment reflects the strength of our ongoing relationship with Legal & General and the continued trust they place in our team to deliver a high-quality build—on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.
The scheme at Howard Way, Harlow, comprises the Design and Build of five high-quality industrial/warehouse units, each incorporating modern ancillary office space.
The 104,010 sqft development will transform a vacant site into a mixed use industrial development of three buildings, providing five units of BREEAM Excellent, flexible accommodation designed to consider the site characteristics and surrounding area.
The completed development will provide the following benefits for the area and occupier:
· Mixed use units to meet market demand in terms of size, scale and the diversity of new and local businesses
· Strong, high quality architectural appearance with materials which respect the setting and type of buildings
· Protection and enhancement of the area, improving the sites visual appeal through thoughtfully designed buildings and landscaping
· Sustainability benefits through a focus on regeneration and sustainable growth of the area, and mitigating any negative impacts on the environment, economy, and society
We are working in collaboration with Legal & General and the professional team, Canmoor, Quartz Project Services, Hale Architecture and I&L Consulting Limited, to deliver this project which will run over a 50 week programme.
We are excited to begin construction, marking the start of this third high-quality scheme for Legal & General.
Keep an eye out for further project updates.
