For our current project at Willoughby Lane, Edmonton, we were pleased to host our valued Clients and their professional team on site for a Milestone Ceremony. Together, we enjoyed a walk around the site of the multi unit scheme, showcasing the progress we have made so far.
The project, being delivered in collaboration with Graftongate and Paloma Capital, along with the professional team comprising Trinity Property Consultants , Michael Sparks Associates and PRP UK Limited, involves the Design & Build of 7 New Grade A Industrial Warehouse Units.
The multi unit scheme will total 60,000 sqft and will be complete with ancillary offices, car park, service yard, loading docks, and landscaping.
We are now 22 weeks into the project with the steel frame construction complete and the roofing and cladding have begun.
