We’re proud to share that Lydia Fry, has been announced as a finalist for Rising Star of the Year at this year’s Building the Future Awards.
Lydia joined Wilten just over four years ago as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and has rapidly become a standout member of our commercial team—driven, insightful, and committed to excellence.
Her journey from industry newcomer to trusted QS has been remarkable. Lydia recently completed her master’s degree in Quantity Surveying while working full-time, consistently applying her learning to live projects and driving measurable improvements across the business. From implementing new systems like ProcurePro to mentoring fellow QS, Lydia’s contributions extend far beyond her core role.
Her ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the supply chain has been instrumental in delivering high-performing projects, securing repeat business, and enhancing our commercial practices. Lydia's proactive and collaborative approach has had a lasting impact on Wilten—both culturally and operationally.
