Wilten Construction were delighted to host valued client LeMieux to our most recent Ground-Breaking Ceremony.
The development totals 50,241 sqft and is being delivered in a 51 week programme in two phases. This will enable LeMieux to move into the new premises whilst we undertake the Phase 2 works.
Phase 1 involves asbestos removal, demolition of existing buildings, the construction of a new warehouse complete with warehouse racking, offices with high quality fit-out, and external works.
Phase 2 involves the demolition of the remaining units on the plot. This area will be stoned and prepped ready for future construction works.
Wilten Construction are working in collaboration with LeMieux and the professional team Corporate Architecture, Jackson Purdue Lever and C3 Design Approvals.
