Earlier this week, we were delighted to welcome our client, Legal & General and Canmoor, together with the professional team from Quartz, Hale Architecture, I&L Consulting, and Goodrich Consulting to mark the start of the main construction phase at Howard Way, Harlow.

Following the successful completion of the demolition works, the development is now progressing and when complete, will provide five BREEAM Excellent and EPC A industrial and warehouse units, totalling 104,010 sqft, set within a prime location within an established industrial, commercial, and retail park.

Designed to target Net Zero Carbon, the scheme will transform a disused site into a sustainable development, providing long-term environmental, social, and economic benefits for both the local community and future occupiers.

The units will be complete with:

  • First floor offices

  • High-quality warehouse space

  • EV charging

  • Office VRF heating and cooling systems

  • Service yards and car parking

  • Hard and soft landscaping to enhance biodiversity and create an attractive environment

Marking the start of construction with a traditional breaking ground ceremony alongside our client and professional team reflects our collaborative, one-team approach to delivery.”

This milestone marks the start of transforming plans into reality, and we look forward to sharing every step of delivery with you. Stay tuned for updates as we bring this vision to life.
