Our submission emphasised the alignment of the team's vision with both corporate and project objectives, showcasing how strong leadership and clearly defined roles and responsibilities created a solid foundation for success. This is evidenced through repeat business awards with Brackley Property Developments.

Contributions from all team members and effective communication were highlighted as critical drivers of collaboration and efficiency. The team's approach to dealing with conflict and demonstrating trust, support, and shared values throughout each project has enabled the team to develop and maintain strong working relationships. Our submission also showcased evidence of equality, diversity, and inclusion within the team, along with mentoring initiatives that fostered growth and development. 

The recognition Wilten has achieved reflects our reputation as a trusted business with industry-leading talent, allowing us to deliver a distinctive main contracting experience with excellent standards of quality, delivery, and safety.
