Celebrating and Developing TeamWilten

Over the past two days, members of our Senior Leadership Team, Managers, and aspiring Leaders took part in a bespoke Leadership Programme designed exclusively for Wilten.

Delivered by the brilliant team at The Matt Hampson Foundation, the programme focused on equipping our current and future leaders with the mindset, skills, and behaviours needed to succeed in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.

Each participant left with new tools to strengthen leadership, communication, and team engagement — driving both their own growth and Wilten’s continued success.
