Assan Panel Ground-Breaking Ceremony.

Last week, we were pleased to welcome valued client Assan Panel to Gateway 14 for a groundbreaking ceremony, marking the start of construction for their first UK manufacturing facility. The groundbreaking was attended by key members of the client’s professional team and stakeholders to celebrate the beginning of this state-of-the-art development, including Richard Utting Associates, Frank Shaw Associates and Richard Jackson Ltd.

Our team are now underway on site to bring this project to life over a 40-week programme. Once complete, the manufacturing facility will provide 85,000 sqft of high-quality industrial space, designed to meet modern operational demands.

 

The facility will serve as a key, green, manufacturing centre, focused on producing energy-efficient insulation and façade systems for both the UK and wider European markets. The sustainable facility will be complete with a production line manufacturing facility, storage, two storey associated office and amenity space, together with associated means of access, vehicles and cycle parking, service yard and landscaping.

Over the coming months, our team will work closely with all stakeholders to deliver a high-quality scheme, with completion set for Q1 2026 as we support Assan Panel’s expansion into the UK Market.
