COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Matt Fry
Matt carries over 15 years' professional experience within the construction industry and a wealth of pre-construction and commercial knowledge.
​
Starting his training in law and then moving into a Quantity Surveying career, Matt has enjoyed a rewarding and successful career in construction.
​
Matt learnt his craft on the job in small- to medium-sized main contracting businesses, undertaking a wide variety of roles covering business marketing, estimating, quantity surveying, design management, planning management and contracts management, and has learnt from some of the best talent within the industry.
​
Prior to starting Wilten, Matt enjoyed 5 1/2 years working for Winvic, the leading industrial specialist, where he worked his way quickly through the ranks to Director level, responsible commercially for a successful divisional turnover of £150m+ in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Naim Basha
MANAGING DIRECTOR
As Managing Director, Naim has overall responsibility for the delivery of construction projects and takes a hands-on approach to all business operations. Naim's responsibilities include for for taking a project through from pre-construction to construction and aftercare.
Naim started his career as a setting out engineer at Fitzpatrick and then at Winvic. During his 13 years at Winvic, Naim progressed through the ranks to director level and was responsible operationally for a divisional annual turnover of £150m+ across a wide variety of construction projects.
When starting Wilten, Naim was instrumental in setting the business strategy and values that remain a key part of how we operate today.
Over his career, Naim has been involved in a number of successfully delivered projects for clients such as Amazon, Boden, DPD, M&S, Primark, Prologis, Goodman, Segro, The Hut Group and Wilson Bowden.
