Planning Manager
Creative Construction Planner
We are looking for a forward thinking Planning Manager to join our expanding team at this exciting time for Wilten Construction.
The ideal candidate shall have experience in the sectors of work we operate in, delivering schemes of up to £20m in value, and an excellent construction background with a proven track record.
As Planning Manager, you will be responsible for several projects at any one time from tender through to practical completion.
As a key communicator, you will responsible for understanding the clients requirements and liaising with the supply chain to generate an optimal and achievable programme. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that the programme is maintained and on time delivery is achieved.

Requirements
Relevant Experience
The ideal candidate will have industrial and fit out experience, an excellent delivery record and longevity of service with previous employer(s).
Previous planning experience is preferred, however experienced construction mangers will also be considered for this role.

Degree or Higher Education
CSCS Card
Good IT skills
Excellent communication skills, with proven track record
