HSEQ Manager

A proactive HSEQ professional who drives a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across our projects

We are looking for a HSEQ Manager who brings strong health, safety, environmental and quality knowledge, a confident leadership style, and the ability to influence best practice across multiple construction sites.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience within the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to engage with site teams, senior management and clients to ensure compliance, improve performance, and champion a safe working environment.

As HSEQ Manager, you will work closely with the Directors, Project Teams and Supply Chain, leading the implementation of HSEQ processes and supporting the business in delivering safe, high‑quality projects.

Requirements

Relevant Experience


The ideal candidate shall have experience working within construction HSEQ roles, supporting multiple sites and delivering strong compliance, guidance and reporting. 


Qualifications & Skills


  • Minimum [5+] years' experience in a HSEQ role within the construction industry

  • Strong knowledge of HASAWA legislation and construction safety practices

  • Experience implementing and maintaining HSEQ management systems

  • Strong communication and leadership skills 

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with site teams and management 

  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorites 

  • Good IT skills
