Estimator
An experienced estimator, who is an out-of-the-box thinker, delivering competitive advantages for our clients
We are looking for an Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager who has a keen eye for detail, sound cost and construction knowledge and can reimagine a tender to provide competitive advantages to our clients with exciting value engineered solutions.
The ideal candidate shall have experience in the sectors of work we operate in, with an excellent reputation for building relationships with clients and supply chain alike, on schemes of up to £20m in value with a proven track record.
As Estimator you will work closely with the Directors and Project Teams leading the pricing of tenders and collaborate with preparing the Contractors Proposals.
