Accounts
Enthusiastic and Organised Accounts Team Member.
As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a diligent and proactive Accounts Team Member to support our financial operations and help drive efficiency within the department.
The Accounts Team Member will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day financial activities within Wilten Construction. This role involves supporting both the Head of Finance and Head of Accounts in managing financial records, processing payments, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements
Relevant Experience
The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of 3 years accounting experience. Good knowledge of cloud-based accounting software such as Xero would also be preferable. Knowledge of construction industry financial processes (desirable but not essential).
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in acounting / finance or Professional Qualification in accounting (AAT, ACCA, ACA, CIMA )
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and good IT skills (Excel).
Excellent time management
Excellent attention to detail, with proven track record
