Steel Topping Milestone Celebrated at Watchmoor Park

Wilten Construction has marked a key milestone at Watchmoor Park, hosting a steel topping ceremony to bring the project team together and celebrate progress on site.

The event provided a great opportunity to recognise the strong momentum behind Phase 1 of the development — a 109,849 sqft sustainable industrial and logistics facility, and Wilten’s largest single-unit big box scheme to date.

This project is being delivered with a clear focus on sustainability, incorporating strong environmental performance, biodiversity enhancements, and long-term value for the surrounding area.

We are pleased to be working alongside Anglesea Capital — a great team to collaborate with — and it was fantastic to host everyone on site to mark the occasion and reflect on the collective effort so far.

With works continuing at pace, we look forward to maintaining this momentum and continuing to deliver a high-quality, sustainable industrial development at Watchmoor Park.
