Environmental stewardship was also a project priority, with Wilten implementing:

Recruitment and procurement within the local area to reduce transport emissions.
A Carbon Measurement Tool in accordance with DTZ Investors net zero carbon framework to measure, report, and reduce embodied carbon
Wilten delivered the project in close partnership with DTZ Investors, Quartz Project Services, Hale Architecture, and Stantec. Together, this collaborative effort has produced a modern, efficient, and sustainable facility that will support Portsmouth’s economic growth for years to come.
