Following our recent appointment as Design and Build Contractor, we are pleased to confirm that construction has officially commenced at Shenley Wood Site B, for our valued client, Hampton Brook.

The start of construction was celebrated with a traditional groundbreaking ceremony attended by representatives from Wilten, Hampton Brook, Routeco, Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP), NFU Mutual, Knight Webb, SGP Architects, and Burrows Graham. The event highlighted not only the beginning of a landmark development, but also the beginning of a new collaborative chapter for all involved.
This project represents our first contract with Hampton Brook, and we look forward to establishing a strong, long-term partnership as the scheme progresses.
Once complete, the development will deliver two sustainable, carbon-negative buildings designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ ratings. These facilities will provide high-quality, energy-efficient spaces for occupiers and contribute lasting economic value to Milton Keynes.
Naim Basha, Director / Co-founder, Wilten Construction, commented:
“We are pleased to be forming a new, collaborative partnership with Hampton Brook whilst strengthening our existing relationships with the professional team. Last week’s groundbreaking was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the start of construction together. We look forward to seeing the project take shape over the coming months.”
