We are delighted that Ferne Park, Fareham has been recognised as a finalist at the BREEAM Awards 2026, celebrating its exceptional sustainability performance

and industry-leading environmental credentials.

Achieving a BREEAM Outstanding rating with a score of 92.11%, Ferne Park ranks within the top 3.2% of industrial developments in the UK and is the highest-rated industrial scheme on the South Coast.

Sustainability Highlights

• Net-zero operational and embodied carbon

• Energy-positive design through a fabric-first approach and low and zero carbon (LZC) technologies

• 24% biodiversity net gain delivered on-site
